I'm Apoorva Saini
Across years of working in schools—from classrooms to leadership roles—I’ve carried a habit: pausing to notice what works, what doesn’t, and what truly helps people thrive in education. I’ve scribbled down thoughts, saved strategies, and collected questions that stuck with me.
A few years ago, I began shaping those reflections into training modules and frameworks—testing them with trusted mentors and peers. What started as notes and sketches has grown into projects that support educators at every stage of their journey.

My Story
My journey in education truly began during my B.Ed. in Canada, where I experienced firsthand a wave of learner-centered innovation sweeping through their school systems. The classrooms I worked in became spaces of experimentation, reflection, and possibility. I found myself inspired—not just by the learners, but by the transformation I was witnessing. I actively sought out every professional development opportunity, eager to grow and contribute meaningfully.
Early in my career, I took on roles that stretched me—student council coordinator, literacy lead, community outreach head, and more. These responsibilities enriched my practice and set the stage for my evolution into school leadership.
Over the years, I’ve grown through roles—from classroom teacher to Head of Primary, Vice Principal, and ultimately Head of School, working across well-resourced and low-resourced settings, and navigating a range of curricula. These diverse contexts helped me see the universal threads that underscore great teaching and meaningful learning.
Today, those experiences inform my work as a trainer, mentor, and school reformer—committed to helping educators and schools everywhere flourish.

Why I Do It
Growing up and even during my early schooling, I had an innate need to understand why—before committing to how. This habit stayed with me. I’ve always believed that real change—especially in education—can’t come from blindly following routines or trends. It has to come from clarity, intention, and deep reflection.
That mindset shaped how I approached my roles in education. I didn’t just want to teach—I wanted to understand the systems we were working within, the outcomes we were truly shaping, and the impact we were leaving behind. I’ve found myself constantly asking: What is the purpose of this? Is it working? Can it be better?
Over the years, I’ve been just as focused on my own development as I’ve been on supporting others. Every professional engagement—whether in the classroom or in leadership—has helped me grow not only as an educator, but as a person.
And that’s why I do this work. Because education has the power to transform lives, but only when we approach it with clarity, courage, and the commitment to do better—together.
