Hi, I’m Apoorva. 

 

I’ve Been the New Teacher, the Principal, and Everything in Between

Once, I found myself leading a school tour for prospective parents while quietly coordinating with my team to cover a surprise teacher shortage. I had just finalized a teacher appraisal, drafted a board memo, and solved a timetable crisis before the first bell. Glamorous? No. Real? Absolutely.

I’ve spent over 17 years learning how schools really work — in India, Canada, and the UAE — from inside classrooms, staffrooms, and boardrooms.

I’ve led schools through change, mentored new teachers, guided leadership teams, and designed global training programs. I’ve worked with Cambridge, IB, Indian and Canadian curricula, and more acronyms than I can count. Through it all, one truth keeps me grounded: when teachers are supported, everyone wins.

That’s why I created Flourish Framework — a space for practical, real-world learning that helps teachers and school leaders thrive. Whether you’re a nervous newbie, a seasoned school head, or somewhere in between — I’m here to make your next step a little clearer (and a lot less lonely).
